From planting the agave until we put it on your table, we pay close attention to every detail; from the growth of the agave plant on the fields to our finished products. And as a company that produces organic products, we take great care of the enviroment by cultivating our agaves for 7 years free from pesticides and toxic fertilizers that may be harmful to the environment.
Once this leaves are detached from the “piña” they are used as fertilizer for the fields.
